Choosing an oval fabric counter
A counter does two jobs: it gives staff somewhere to work from, and it puts a branded surface at waist height, where people look when they stop to talk. The oval form has no sharp corners, so it can be more forgiving where visitors pass close by.
Fabric, and what it changes
The graphic is a printed fabric wrap rather than a rigid panel. Fabric typically packs down without hard creases and shows no seam across the face, and it tends to reflect less under exhibition lighting than a gloss panel — worth considering if your stand will be photographed.
Counter top colour
Choose a white or black counter top. This option changes the counter top colour, not your printed fabric artwork. Both counter models include full-colour printing on the front and back.
The lighting option
LED lighting is offered on this counter and is worth considering where the hall is dim, where your stand sits away from overhead lights, or for evening events. In a bright, well-lit venue it may add less than expected. Confirm power access at your stand with the organiser before committing to it.
Planning the artwork
A vector PDF is the preferred format. If your artwork is raster, supply a high-resolution file built to the final size and to the template supplied for this counter, keeping bleed and safe-area margins as that template sets out. Keep the logo central: on a curved face the outer thirds turn away from anyone standing in front, so detail placed there reads at an angle.
