Custom printed vinyl stickers can be contour cut for business branding, equipment labels, promotional graphics and smooth-surface signage. This product is ordered by total square metre, so plan the finished sticker size and quantity before preparing the print file.
Choose the Vinyl Rating
The 3-year option suits shorter-term and cost-conscious work. The 5-year product is a better starting point for longer-term branding and outdoor exposure. Actual life still depends on the surface, installation and environment.
Calculate the Required Area
Confirm the number of stickers and the final width and height of each piece. Allow practical spacing between contour-cut shapes when arranging artwork within the ordered square-metre area.
Prepare the Surface
Apply adhesive vinyl to a clean, dry, smooth and sound surface. Grease, wax, silicone, dust, loose paint and heavy texture can reduce adhesion.
Print and Cut Artwork
Vector PDF artwork is preferred for logos and contour shapes. Use high-resolution images at final size, outline fonts and include a clear cut path where required. Keep small text and fine details away from the cut edge.
Very intricate points, thin disconnected elements and extremely small stickers may need simplification or additional production allowance.
Real-World Durability
A material year rating is not a guarantee that every sticker will last exactly that long. Sun direction, heat, cleaning products, abrasion, substrate condition and application quality affect performance.

What is the minimum order?
The product is sold with a minimum total order area of one square metre. The number of individual stickers that fit depends on their final dimensions, contour shape and production spacing.
Can the stickers be cut to a custom shape?
Yes, suitable artwork can be contour cut. Supply a clear vector cut path and avoid overly intricate edges or tiny separate pieces.
Which file type should I upload?
A print-ready vector PDF is preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG artwork may be usable for simple printed shapes, but it may not contain a suitable contour cut path.
Can I apply vinyl over fresh paint?
Fresh paint should be fully cured according to the paint manufacturer's guidance. Applying too early can affect adhesion or damage the coating when the vinyl is removed.
