At Retail Sign, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing & Production Times

Most of our products are custom-made to order.

Production times vary depending on product type, order size, and approval of artwork/proofs.

Standard production time is typically 1-2 business days after artwork approval and payment.

We will notify you if additional time is required.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We deliver throughout New Zealand using reputable courier services.

Typical delivery times (after production is complete):
-
Auckland Region: 1–2 business days

North Island (outside Auckland): 1–2 business days

South Island: 1–2 business days

Rural delivery may take longer.
- We don't ship any item over 2000mm long as the courier won't take this oversize item so the customer will need to come pick up or arrange their own transport.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.

Oversized or bulky items (e.g., large signage, frames) may incur additional freight charges.

Customers will be notified of any additional charges before shipping.
4. Click & Collect (Optional)

Customers may choose to pick up orders from our Auckland East Tamaki workshop by prior arrangement.

We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
5. Risk & Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are dispatched to the courier.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.

We are not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, or events beyond our control.
