Buying the frame on its own
Buying the stand separately lets you reprint the insert as promotions change rather than replacing the whole sign, which is why many businesses keep one frame and rotate panels through it.
What this frame takes
It is supplied without a printed insert and holds a 600 x 900mm panel. Order inserts to the panel size rather than the external frame dimensions — ordering to the outside measurement is a common sizing error. If you are replacing a panel in a frame you already own, measure the existing panel.
Choosing an insert
Corflute is commonly used for footpath signs, being light and inexpensive enough to replace when the offer changes. A printed poster may suit a position under a verandah or inside a doorway. Both go in and out of the frame without tools.
Preparing your artwork
A vector PDF is the preferred format. If your artwork is raster, supply a high-resolution file built to the final size and to the template supplied for the insert, keeping bleed and safe-area margins as that template sets out.
Where it can go
Set the frame at right angles to the flow of foot traffic rather than facing along the footpath, and keep the message to one offer in large type. A footpath sign sits on public land rather than your own site, and placement requirements, minimum clear width and whether such a sign is permitted vary by location — check with your local council before making one part of your daily routine.
