Mini A Frame (Plastic)

The ultra portable Mini A-Frame display has a 600mm x 450mm image area on both sides and is so quick and easy to deploy and store. The Mini A-Frame folds completely flat for storage and the graphic area folds to the inside protecting the graphic from damage while in transit. To deploy, simply fold one side over making an A shape, the weighted feet make the unit stable in light to moderate wind conditions. Ideal for use as temporary Directional signs, Real Estate Open Home signs, Coffee and Food Vans and Sporting Event signage.

Why it folds the way it does

The Mini A-Frame closes completely flat, and the graphic faces fold to the inside. That means the printed surfaces sit against each other in transit rather than rubbing against the boot of a car, a wall or each other's edges, which is what scuffs most portable signs to death inside a season. It is a small design decision that decides how long the sign looks new.

Where it earns its keep

Real estate open homes, directional signage at events, coffee carts and food vans, sports club fixtures, market stalls, school galas and any situation where signs go out in the morning and come home at night. At 600 x 450mm per face it is readable from a footpath without needing two people to carry it.

Wind and stability

The weighted feet hold the frame steady in light to moderate wind. In genuinely gusty or exposed conditions, or anywhere the sign will be left unattended near traffic, use a heavier footpath A-frame instead. No lightweight folding sign is a substitute for a weighted base in real wind.

Planning your artwork

Design to 600 x 450mm per face and keep the layout to one message. These signs are read in a couple of seconds by someone walking or driving past: a short line of large type and an arrow will outperform a paragraph every time. Both faces are printed, so you can run an arrow pointing each direction from a single sign.
